Installations: Depending upon location, we can offer an on-site installation visit; in practice this takes one chargeable day; in certain locations this service is best carried out by one of our business partners.
Normally, however, we utilise WEBEX to provide remote-control guidance or hands-on via web-browser. This is simple and very effective, and virtually cost-free.
Training: We have specialist trainers available in USA and UK for on-site sessions or, preferably, for WEBEX online sessions; alternatively our business partners can provide this service.
