This Privacy Policy describes how International PresencePlc and its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide (referred to collectively as "The International Presence Group") use information that may be collected during your use of the PresenceBPM site. Your use of the PresenceBPM web site constitutes acceptance of and agreement with International Presence's Privacy Policy, described below, including your agreement and consent to International Presence's use of such information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the PresenceBPM site.

Information Collection and Use
In some parts of the PresenceBPM Web Site you may be asked to provide information about yourself and your organization. This information may include name, business address, telephone number and e-mail contact information and/or information regarding your position, computer systems environment and the nature of your data management/data replication needs. This information is generally provided by filling out and submitting an online form. It may also be provided in other ways, for example by transmission of an e-mail message or other communication to International Presence. Providing information is voluntary, and you do not have to provide any information to us. However, you may not be able to obtain certain products, services or information from the PresenceBPM web site if you choose not to provide the requested information. 

International Presence collects information from you to support our business relationship with you. International Presence treats your information as confidential business records, and uses your information in the course of its business to communicate with you, to facilitate transactions and to support and enhance your business relationship with International Presence. If you have requested information from International Presence, the information you provide is used to send you the requested information. International Presence may also send you other information about products and services offered by International Presence that we think may be of interest to you. If you download PresenceBPM trial software, your information is retained by International Presence to record you as a trial user of International Presence's software, and to follow up with you regarding your use of the software. 

International Presence does not sell information collected from users of the PresenceBPM web site to other companies or organizations. Information provided over the International Presence web site is initially collected by International Presence Plc in Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom. International Presence may share information with or disclose information to its various affiliates and subsidiaries worldwide, as well as others with whom it does business (for example, service providers assisting in a customer mailing or business partners). In such cases International Presence makes every effort to ensure that these third parties are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such information. 

IP Address and Cookies 
When you access and browse the PresenceBPM we site, International Presence's server records your IP address and obtains some basic information about your computer's browser, operating system and hardware platform. This information is used to facilitate your use of the PresenceBPM web site, to keep track of user visits and "hits" to the various pages of the PresenceBPM web site, and to improve the Presence BPM web site to make it more accessible and easier to use. 

Certain parts of the PresenceBPM web site may use cookies.
