This document describes how to upgrade the CloudFax / Fax Attendant software.

Before upgrading it's recommended to create a backup of the following files in case of disk write errors:

Double click on the installer program, cloudfax400_installer.exe
Wait for installer to extract files
Introduction screen - click "Next"
Select location to install program to. If an upgrade, this should be the existing install location.
Select where you would like to create product icons and shortcuts, click "Next"
Verify the pre-installation summary, click "Install"
Wait while components and JVM are installed.
Install complete - optionally restart system (not required).

When the installer has finished, restart the CloudFax400 Service in Windows services management console.
