Administration Client Toolbar
This page lists the icons available on the Administration Client Toolbar, with appropriate links to relevant documentation. This list is current as of Presence Version 3.6

- Create New Task : Launches the New Task Dialog which if completed creates a new Task in the currently selected Category.
- Save Task : Saves any changes made to the current Task.
- Create Schedule : Launches the editor to create a new Schedule in the current Category
- Create Decision : Launches the editor to create a new Decision Point in the current Category
- Create SQL Statement : Launches the editor to create a new SQL Statement in the current Category
- Create Object Monitor : Launches the editor to create a new Object Monitor in the current Category
- Create XML Query : Launches the editor to create a new XML Query in the current Category
- Create Custom Data Formatter : Launches the editor to create a new Custom Data Formatter in the current Category.
- Create FTP Resource - Launches the editor to create a new FTP Resource in the current Category.

- View Task Logs - Launches the Task Log Viewer for the current Task.
- View Scrapbook - Launches the Scrapbook, an inbuilt text editor.
- View Function Tester - Launches the Function Test Console which enables the user to test the results of Presence Functions
- View Function Manager - Launches the Function Manager where users can edit, install new or remove Presence Functions.
- Manage Users - Launches the User Management console, allowing users to add, edit and remove Presence user accounts.
- Manage Recipients - Launches the Recipients dialog, lets users manage email, fax and SMS recipients.
- Search - Launches the Search Dialog.
