Administration Client Toolbar
This page lists the icons available on the Administration Client Toolbar, with appropriate links to relevant documentation. This list is current as of Presence Version 3.6

- Create New Task : Launches the New Task Dialog which if completed creates a new Task in the currently selected Category.
- Save Task : Saves any changes made to the current Task.
- Create FTP Resource - Launches the editor to create a new FTP Resource in the current Category.
- Create Database Resource - Launches the editor to create a new Database Resource in the current category.
- Create SMTP Resource - Launches the editor to create a new SMTP Resource in the current category.
- Create POP Resource - Launches the editor to create a new POP or IMAP Resource in the current category.
- Create Template Resource - Launches the editor to create a new Template Resource in the current category.
- Create Message Transporter Resource - Launches the editor to create a new Message Transporter Resource in the current category.
- Create LDAP Account Resource - Launches the editor to create a new LDAP Resource in the current category.
- Debug Current Task - Launches the Debug console to step through the current Task. This will connect to any available Presence Server.
- View Task Statistics - Launches the Task Statistics Console to view time metrics for the current Task. Statistics must first be enabled in the Task Designer.
- View Live Tasks Queue - Launches the Live Tasks Queue console to administer Scheduled, On Demand and SOAP Tasks.
- View Activity Archive - The Activity Archive Viewer displays information on when Tasks and certain Task Elements ran.
- View Task Logs - Launches the Task Log Viewer for the current Task.
- View Scrapbook - Launches the Scrapbook, an inbuilt text editor.
- View Function Tester - Launches the Function Test Console which enables the user to test the results of Presence Functions
- View Function Manager - Launches the Function Manager where users can edit, install new or remove Presence Functions.
- Manage Users - Launches the User Management console, allowing users to add, edit and remove Presence user accounts.
- Manage Recipients - Launches the Recipients dialog, lets users manage email, fax and SMS recipients.
- Search - Launches the Search Dialog.
